Hey, I'm Jerimie!
I’ve led design for consumer and enterprise products used by millions and have built design teams from zero to impact-driven squads.
I currently work at Articulate, where I co-lead a platform that provides new, more efficient ways for teams to train and upskill.
Before that, I led the core learning experience team at Codecademy, and worked on tools for healthcare providers at DispatchHealth. I also built a design organization from scratch at a customer relations and payments platform called Marketing 360®. I started my career doing agency work for bespoke ecommerce websites, where I learned how to move fast while maintaining effectiveness.
Across these ventures, I’ve driven the creation and implementation of design systems to varying degrees. Each time working with engineering leads to ensure that we are actually driving impact for our software development processes.
I’ve managed other designers throughout my career as well. Some of my proudest moments have been in seeing them grow to become force multipliers in their respective squads. This has taken the form of close mentorship, establishing processes, and day-to-day management.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and a dad. I ski, game, and enjoy driving. Proudly based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
