Hey, I'm Jerimie!
I’ve led design for consumer and enterprise products used by millions and have built design teams from zero to impact-driven squads.
I currently work at Codecademy, where I lead the core learning experience design team. We are actively evolving computer science education in the age of LLMs for millions of learners worldwide.
Before that, I worked on new ways of delivering in-home healthcare for providers at DispatchHealth. I also built a design organization from scratch at an SMB customer relations and payments platform called Marketing 360®. I started my career doing agency work for bespoke ecommerce websites, where I learned how to move fast while maintaining effectiveness.
Across these ventures, I’ve driven the creation and implementation of design systems to varying degrees. Each time working with engineering leads to ensure that we are actually driving impact for our software development processes.
I’ve managed other designers throughout my career as well. Some of my proudest moments have been in seeing them grow to become force multipliers in their respective squads. This has taken the form of close mentorship, establishing processes, and day-to-day management.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and a dad. I ski, game, and enjoy driving. Proudly based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
